Our Assessment Process

We can provide a thorough multi-disciplinary assessment including a speech and language assessment and cognitive assessment as required. Please see below for a breakdown of what a full autism assessment with us consists of.

Full neurodevelopmental history carried out with parents
ADOS-2 assessment with your child
School observation and discussion with your child's learning staff.
Speech and Language assessment with your child (or discussion with their Speech and Language Therapist and analysis of their reports)
WISC-5 Cognitive assessment with your child (to understand strengths and difficulties in areas such as processing speed, working memory and general intelligence)
ADHD screening (plus signposting for further assessment if ADHD is indicated)
Mental health assessment
Full and detailed report and feedback within 3-4 weeks of completing the assessment.
